Our Project Operations and Fulfillment teams comprise of experienced engineers specialized in disciplines including Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineering. A typical team member holds significant experience in construction, operations and/or maintenance in the Oil and Gas industry. In-house, purpose built training programs in numerous functional areas including Project Management, NDT technologies, Quality Assurance and Quality Control further prepares team members to be effective in their role to the customer.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Abhay was part of the founding team of Petro IT and now serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Before taking over as the COO, Abhay has served in many roles at the company – starting as Manager of Business Development and then as the Regional Head for East Asia during which he relocated to Indonesia and set up the South East Asian operations of the company.

Shilpika has 11+ years of experience in Human Resource Management. She has worked with leading MNC’s like Bank of America, WNS, Genpact & Delphi Automotive. Her Key areas of specialization include Organization Design, Capacity Building, HR Transformation – Process & Culture, Change Management, Competency Design & Skill mapping, Career Pathing, Organization Climate Diagnostics & Interventions, Learning Solutions, Assessment & Feedback.
